Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FixMyMakeup handles information when you use the app and website.

Information we use

Sharing and protection

We use Apple for authentication and device verification, Render and Turso for account services, Cloudflare for website hosting, and Web3Forms and Gmail for delivering and handling contact requests. Information is shared to provide these functions, not for advertising. We do not sell your information or add advertising trackers.

We use encrypted connections, restricted server access, and device Keychain storage for sessions. Providers handling information on our behalf must protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Local photos and scans remain until you clear them in Settings or remove the app's local data. Account and credit records remain while your account exists. Sessions expire after 30 days.

Use Settings > Delete account to delete your server account, credits, and sessions. Clear saved scans separately to remove local photos. Pending credit operations may delay deletion; contact us if you cannot complete it.

A pseudonymous free-offer marker and Apple's eligibility flag remain while the free-credit offer operates to prevent repeat grants. Contact emails are deleted within 90 days after your request is resolved. Service-provider logs and backup copies follow their retention schedules.

Your choices and contact

You can change camera permissions in iOS Settings, sign out in the app, or stop using the service and request deletion. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, use our contact page or email fixmymakeup.help@gmail.com.

We will update this policy when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
